Stable - A Moment Of Beauty Is Yours For A Lifetime (V45)

Following the 2024 release ‘Empty Gestures’, which presented a singularly taught, restless and aggravated approach towards noise-based composition, ‘A Moment Of Beauty…’ delves further into this process, with Stable creating four new long-form pieces of ‘anxiety electronics’ that both elaborate on the themes and techniques of ‘Empty…’ whilst also refining and concentrating their approach and effect.

The result is a release that presents Stable’s agitated, tightly-wound work on a more expansive canvas, giving each track the space to luxuriate in its turmoil and unease whilst foregrounding space and atmosphere as much as volume and tumult. These four tracks are examples of abstract composition that fuses a sinister sub-bass presence with the surgical sharpness of its rhythmic textures and a full-throated, erosive deluge of volume and abrasion.
